Jerry Woolridge

July 3, 1943 — March 8, 2025

Jerry Joe Woolridge Sr., 81, of Cartersville Georgia, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025. Born on July 3, 1943, in Gary, Indiana, he was the son of the late John Frank Woolridge and the late Mildred Iris Blachley Woolridge. He is also preceded in death by his son-in-law, Joel Copeland.

Jerry was a proud husband, parent, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge #63 and the Scottish Rites. Jerry had a passion for fishing, hog hunting, and working.

Survivors include his loving wife, Ida Fekete Woolridge; daughter, Carrie Copeland; daughter, Tamara Ritchie (Dan); son, Jerry Woolridge, Jr.; daughter, Twyla Strasburg (Lee); daughter, Nikki Hollingsworth (Jeff); 10 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Grace Baptist Church. The address is 477 Old Cassville White Rd. NW, Cartersville, GA 30121.
