Jessica Chatman

Jessica Lynn Chatman, 43, departed this world on Saturday, June 5, 2021 in Volusia County, FL. She was born on October 22, 1977 to fun loving parents Paul and Barbara Lukens and was the granddaughter of Maggie Gaskins and Joe Coleman. In addition to her parents and grandmothers, Jessica is survived by the love of her life, her husband Conner Chatman, and her boys, Robert, David, and Bo. Jessica was the big sister to Patricia, Eric, and Lisa, and a loving aunt to Gavin, Alexis, Evan, and Cooper. Jessica was also a Motorcycle Mimi to Ava, Chloe, and Henry and is survived by her extensive family of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Jessica truly lived life to the fullest and filled the room with her energetic presence. Jessica accomplished the feat of earning her Masters Degree in business with great pride. She was passionate about her family and friends and touched the lives of everyone she met. She was always there without hesitation, no matter what. She loved finding stuff that became her "treasures". Jessica enjoyed the freedom of the open road through bike rides with family and friends and she loved to sing and inspire others with her voice. Jessica held a deep affection for her dogs, Kobe, Chewy, and Kilo as well as many love companions of her family and friends. She had a love of movies and an uncanny knowledge of their details. She took pleasure in enjoying the simple things with those she loved. Jessica is already missed dearly, and her love will forever have an impact on our lives.

Family and friends are all invited to visit with Jessica's family from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 11, 2021 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. A second visitation will be from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2020 in the funeral home chapel with a service following in at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Eddie Bentley speaking.
