Mr. John Lavy Hudgins, 39, of Acworth, died suddenly on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Born in Cobb County, July 10, 1974, he was the son of Diane Westbrooks Hudgins and John Herbert Hudgins. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed hunting,
fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Courtney Lynn Brower, Tara Rashelle Smith and Braxton Lavy Hudgins of Florida; his sister, Diane Lynn
Turner of Acworth and Tiffany Hudgins of Alabama; his brother, Michael Shane Hudgins of Smyrna; four grandchildren and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Redemption Baptist Church in Acworth with the Reverend
Jody Harrison officiating.
