Mrs. Johnna Sue Emmert Otis, 71, of Cartersville, died suddenly on Monday, February 6, 2017 at Cartersville Medical Center. Born in Fairborn, Ohio on November 5, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Carl Emmert and Geraldine Thompson Rice.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy Otis; her children, Robert Stiner, Jr., Bradley Stiner, Stacy Rogers (Brian), and Chanda Bennett; her grandchildren, Heidi Lipscomb (Stephen), Travis Rogers, Brian Rogers, Brandon Bennett and Austin Bennett; and her great-grandchildren, Nathan and Kaitlyn Lipscomb.
