Joseph Bradley Dunagan �Jo Joe� Mullinax, 30, of Cartersville passed away Monday, October 20, 2008 due to injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident. Jo Joe was born September 7, 1978 in Rome. He was a foreman with the Ironworkers Union, Local 387 and Williams Construction. Jo Joe loved his job and enjoyed scaring his mother with pictures of himself hanging from the top of and the side of buildings under construction. He was also a member of the Cartersville Family Church. Jo Joe was preceded in death by his biological father, Terry Dunagan, and by several aunts and uncles.
Survivors include his wife, Trish Mullinax of Cartersville; his children, Lancaster McCoy �Coy� Mullinax and Cayman McCade Mullinax; his mother and father, Lanez and Jim Doster of Juliette; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Jeremy and Mandy Mullinax of White and Scotty and Carol Doster of Emerson; his sister and brother-in-law, Kayla and Shannon Hellard of Cartersville; his nephews, Cody Doster, Dallas Doster, Ethan Mullinax, and Brody Williams; his nieces, Emily Mullinax and Anzley Williams; his grandmothers, Kathryn Crawford of Adairsville and Nina Francis of Cassville; his aunts and uncles, Cheryl and Howard Withrow, Carolyn and Troy Ward, Joy Sullivan, and Reg and Beth Crawford; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2008 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Bill Crank and Rev. Mark Moore officiating. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 6 � 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
