Born February 12, 1968 in Kennesaw, he was the son of the late Joseph B. "Joe" Webb, Sr., and the late Martha Gail Blalock Webb. Joey's nickname to his friends and family was "Boo"; he was raised in Acworth and Canton during his younger years of life. Joey played football for the Adairsville High School Tigers. He was very talented as a song writer and playing the guitar. He sang country music as well as country gospel music. Joey worked with his dad painting houses and went to school to become a mechanic. He liked working on cars with his dad, and loved to go fishing, he frequently went out on the boat with mama and dad and other family members. Joey was very loved and will be sadly missed.
