Josephine Luscri

Josephine Ann Luscri, 95, departed this life on June 30, 2016 in Cartersville, Georgia. There will be a Christian burial service at the Georgia National Cemetery on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 11:30 AM.
Josephine was born on November 11, 1920 to Anthony Zuchowski and Scholastike (Chiborowska) Zuchowski in Youngstown, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 77 years, Rocco S. Luscri, who passed on July 14, 2012. She was a member of St. Christine's Catholic Church in Youngstown, Ohio, St. Ann's Catholic Church in Marietta, Georgia and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Cartersville, Georgia. She loved the Lord and was faithful in her service to Him.
Josephine worked at the Mahoning National Bank in Youngstown, Ohio for 10 years and retired in 1978.
Mom will always be remembered by her family as the glue that kept everyone together. She loved to bake, cook and surround herself with her family. She had a heart of gold and would give you everything and anything she had if you needed it. She was a wonderful listener, would cry with you, laugh with you and sit with you as long as you needed her.
She is survived by her daughters Jacquelyn Rush-Kozacek (Lance) of Waleska, Georgia and Fran (Gary) Twelkemeier of Cartersville, Georgia, three grandchildren - Fred Ginder, Gary Twelkemeier and Stephen Twelkemeier and seven great-grandchildren - Ashley Ginder, Avery Anne Twelkemeier, Tucker Twelkemeier, AnnaLee Twelkemeier, Millie Grace Twelkemeier, Addy J Twelkemeier, and Parker Twelkemeier.
