Judy Elder

Ms. Judy Anne Elder, age 58 of 122 Wilshire Road, Rome, GA.died Tuesday, November 4, 2008

in a Rome hospital.



Ms. Elder was born March 20, 1950 in Floyd County, GA., daughter of Irma Potts Cleaveland and the

late Ikey Satterfield, Sr. Ms. Elder was employed by Neaton Rome, Inc. Judy was loved by

her family, friends, and everyone that she came in contact with. In addition to her father, Ms. Elder

was preceded in death by a brother, Ikey Satterfield, Jr.



Survivors include her sons, Greg Elder and Jeffery Elder and his wife Nicki; mother, Irma Potts

Satterfield Cleaveland; brother, John Satterfield and sisters, Brenda Shepard and Doris Cross. Several Niece and nephews also survive.



Memorial services will be held Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Heritage Chapel

of the McGuire, Jennings & Miller Funeral Home



The family will receive friends Thursday in the Heritage Chapel from 6:00 p.m. until the memorial services.



In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions may be made to Heyman Hospice, in care of Floyd Medical Center, P.O. Box 163, Rome, Georgia 30162.
