Justine Ledford

Justine "Tine" Exum Ledford, 89, passed away on June 9, 2023.

Born on November 7, 1933 in Lee County Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Willis Exum and the late Annie Mae Tucker Exum. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Gerald "Jerry" Bernier and her husband Walter "Walt" Ledford; her brother, John Exum; her daughter, Jewell Millsapp; and grandson, Josh Millsapp.

Justine loved animals and especially loved feeding the deer and turkeys that wondered up to her house every morning. She could often be found reading and supporting her favorite baseball team, The Braves. She dearly loved her grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

She is survived by her granddaughters, Ashley Millsapp and Jennifer (Steve) Zaring; great grandsons, Andrew (Abby) Wiley and Caleb (Jada)Wiley; great-great grandsons, Ayden and Avery Wiley; great granddaughters, Kendal Zaring and Emillie Wilbanks; brother, Charles (Diane) Exum; nephews, Charlie (Cindy) Exum, Troy Exum, Larry Exum and Duane Exum; nieces, Luann Shutley and Vicki Adams; and sister-in-law, Shirley Exum.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Nix officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm on Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Andrew and Caleb Wiley, Terry Johnson, Charlie, Troy, Larry and Duane Exum.
