Kathy Louise Howell

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathy Louise Howell, who left this world on Sunday, August 9, 2026. Born in Cartersville, Georgia, on September 3, 1952, Kathy lived a life full of love, faith, and generosity.

Kathy was a devoted member of the Bible Way Baptist Church, where she was known for her unwavering faith and her loving, generous spirit. Her kindness and dedication to her beliefs touched the lives of many, and she will be remembered for her strength and compassion.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Sidney Lee Price and Eva Maggie West Price, her cherished husband, James "Jimmy" Howell, and her siblings Margaret Holbrook, Helen Otting, and Jerrell Price.

Kathy is survived by her siblings Jean Hall, Lee Price, CL Price, Betty Adams, Patsy Stringer, Fran Miller, and Joan Cox, along with numerous nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts.

A visitation will be held at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cartersville, GA, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at 3:00 pm at the same location. Burial will be held after the service at Sunset Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers honoring Kathy's life will include Dana Price, Michael Adams, Allen Price, Jeffery Adams, Daniel Davis, and Kelly Price.

Arrangements are being handled by Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Kathy's family extends their gratitude for the support and condolences received during this difficult time.

Kathy's legacy of love and faith will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.
