Kay Collum, 79, of White Georgia, passed away on October 30, 2022 at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Born on April 7, 1943, she is the daughter of the late William Fuqua and the late Nannie Smith Fuqua. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Doug Collum; sister, Shirley Fuqua Sexton; and brother, Hansel Fuqua.
She is survived by her children, Ramona Collum, Jimmy Collum, and Kenneth (Angela) Collum; grandchildren, Kiefer Collum, Elijah Cagle, Trevor Collum, Neely Collum, and Brennah Collum; brothers and sisters Bob (Pam) Fuqua, Faye Barnette, Daniel (Phyllis) Fuqua, VaLenda Bailey, Blanche (Lowell) Tew, and Wayne (Donna) Fuqua.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, November 3, 2022 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with Keith Willard officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm on Thursday prior to the service.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kiefer Collum, Trevor Collum, Nick Martin, Greg Hardin, Nick Bailey, and Joe Newberry.
