Mr. Keith Edwin Massey, 49, of Cartersville, died Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at his residence. Born in Paulding County, January 1, 1963, he was the son of Mary Jane Hulsey Massey and the late Robert Edward Massey.
He was a loving father, grandfather and devoted husband. He enjoyed working with his hands, was an avid gardener and a skilled carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Tina Massey of Euharlee; his mother, Mary Jane Massey of Elmire, Oregon; his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Janet Massey of Cartersville; his daughters and son-in-law, Whitney Dawn Massey Spradley and Brett, Karleen Coke of Palms, CA; one grandson, Preston Massey of Cartersville; his sister, Misty Acker of Eugene, Oregon; his brothers, Kenneth Massey of Armurchee and James Massey of Springfield, Oregan; and his grandmother-in-law, Berniece Guyton of Euharlee.
The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services. A memorial service will be held from 5 – 6 p.m., Sunday, December 23, 2012 at the Cartersville Civic Center.
