Kelly Darlene Breland

It is with very heavy hearts that the family of Kelly Darlene Breland announce her passing on Saturday, February 7th, 2026, after an illness of 3 months. She was born on Thursday, July 20th, 1967 to Cozette Hightower Breland and Dean Breland. She lived most of her life in Bartow County. Prior to ill health she operated a landscaping and lawn care business for many years.

Kelly was very much loved by all of her family and friends who meant so much to her. She was preceded in death by her father, Dean Breland, grand parents E.D. Breland and Wylie Breland, and Rev. Johnson Hightower and Inez Hightower, sister-in-law Virginia Breland, uncles Brook Breland and Kenneth Hightower, aunt Carole Harris, step-father Ken Moss, step-brother Michael Moss, and cousins Scotty Freeman and Greg Hightower.

Kelly is survived by her son Haven Lewis (Becca), mother Cozette Hightower, brother Hammond Breland, fiancée Blake Lockwood, aunts Markeeta Freeman, Anne Cooney, Sue Gossett (Jerry), Cindy Holland (Joel), Lisa Weldon and Sherrie Tyler; uncles Ronnie Hightower (Chrystal), David Hightower (Stacy), and Charlie Breland (Adrian); cousins Gwenda List, Stacey West, Jeff Harris, Kevin Harris, Anthony Hightower, Chris Shellhorse, Richie Shellhorse, Lizabeth Casey, Miranda Hightower, Nonnie Hightower, Carla Rose, Jeremy Gossett, Drew Hightower, Brandon Dollar, Brionna Breland-Diaz, Dion Breland, Joshua Breland and Ella Breland; stepsisters, Marty Moss and Madarha Harris.

Kelly was a member of First Baptist Church and had been attending New Beginnings Church.

Visitation will be at Parnick Jennings on Monday, February 16th from 5 to 7 pm. with the family coming at 4 pm. and the funeral will be Tuesday, February 17th at 2:00 pm. at Parnick Jennings with Pastor Barry Garland officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.

Serving as Kelly's pallbearers will be Brandon Dollar, Jeffrey Harris, Chad West, Brian Cole, Blake Lockwood, Richie Shellhorse, and Zachary Brown
