Kelly Caneup

Kelly Marie Whitfield Caneup, 43, of Cartersville died Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. Born August 14, 1965 in Cartersville, she was the daughter of Doyle and Daisy Simpson Whitfield. Kelly was employed by Sweet Water Corner Restaurant as a cook and was a member of Center Baptist Church.



Survivors include her husband, Ernie Caneup; her children and their spouses, Christi and Billy Nolan of Hickory, North Carolina and Anthony and Beth Fender of Adairsville; her grandchildren, Chad Nolan, Hayley Nolan, Gabriel Nolan, Hannah Fender, and one more due soon; her siblings and their spouses, Steve and Sylvia Whitfield of Jasper, Suzanne and Art Phillips of Cartersville, Tracy Whitfield of Cartersville, Sherry and Shane Copeland of Rydal, and William and Lori Whitfield of Adairsville; numerous nieces and nephews; and special family friends, Pat Graziano, Donna Gray, Frank and Coleen Pintozzi, and Josh and Kim Simpson.



A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Center Baptist Church with Rev. Rudy Ross officiating.



The family will receive friends from 6 � 9 p.m. Wednesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
