Kenneth Moss

Kenneth Woodrow Moss, 55, of White, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at the Cartersville Medical Center. A native of Bartow County, he was born November 7, 1953 and was the son of the late Thomas Woodrow Moss and the late Hazel Lucille Ray Moss. He was also preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sandra Jean Moss. Kenneth was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and was retired from Union Carbide.



Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Ronda Moss of Ft. Pierce, FL; his daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Derrick Truitt of Ft. Pierce, FL; his brothers and sisters, Charles Moss, Stanley Moss, Darlene and Delmar Ashe, all of White, and Penny and Dennis Agan of Rome; his grandchildren, Brandon Skaggs, Travis Skaggs, Chelsey Truitt, and Courtney Truitt; and his nieces and nephews, Shane Ashe, Wayne Ashe, Carisa Abernathy, Chaney Hankins, Chancey Hankins, and Chase Hendrix.



Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Fellowship Baptist Church in White with Rev. Michael Matthews, Rev. Elihue Abernathy, and Rev. Terry Hale officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Rydal. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kenneth Woodrow Moss Memorial Fund.



Serving as pallbearers will be Darrell Hyde, Chaney Hankins, Levi Matthews, Shane Ashe, Shane Abernathy, and Chase Hendrix. These gentlemen are requested to meet at the church by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.



The family will receive friends from 6 � 9 p.m. on Friday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville, GA 30120.
