Kenny Justice

Mr. Kenny Dale Justice, 40, of Burnett Ferry Road, Rome, Georgia, passed away February 26, 2008 at his residence. Mr. Justice was born February 8, 1968 in Floyd County, a son of Eugene Carlton Justice and Mary Allen Justice.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Newton C. and Velda Hart Allen, Lloyd and Arness Justice, and aunt, Rosalee Pierce.

Mr. Justice was baptized at the New Bethel Baptist Church, and prior to becoming disabled he was a self-employed carpenter.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Osborne Justice of the residence; daughter, Brittany Osborne; son, Seth Osborne; mother, Mary Justice all of Rome; father, Eugene Justice of Dallas, GA.; grandchildren, Madison Osborne and Kaylee Mathis; brother, Jamie Justice of Rome; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Kenny Dale Justice will be held on Friday, February 29, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. from the Oaknoll Chapel of Jennings Funeral with Mr. J. Parnick Jennings Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers are requested to meet at the funeral home on Friday by 1:30 P.M. and include, Barry Allen, Mike Adams, Gene Adams, David Ross, Steve Allen, and Walter Allen.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, February 28, 2008 between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
