Kevin Christopher Haygood, 22, of Cartersville passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Cartersville Medical Center after an extensive illness.
Born in Cartersville on August 16, 1991 he was the son of Timmy Haygood and Maryann Morgan Haygood. Kevin loved animals, the outdoors, reading, games, music and movies. His favorite pastime was fishing in the Etowah River. Kevin was a loving and beautiful gift to his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his parents, Timmy and Maryann Haygood; his brother, Adam Haygood; his sister, Holly Haygood; his nephew, Samuel Haygood; his nieces, Emma Haygood and Payton Haygood; his grandmother, Jean Morgan; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
