Lillian Brock

Lillian L. Brock, 75, of Cartersville died Monday, September 14, 2009 at the Cartersville Medical Center. Born July 17, 1934 in Walker County, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Scott and the late Jewell Stancil. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mildred Scott; and her brothers, Harold Scott, Frank Scott, Glen Scott, Jerry Scott, and Larry Scott.



Survivors include her husband, Clyde L. Brock; sons, Clyde �Buddy� Brock, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth, and Tim Brock; three grandchildren, Christie Patterson (Chris), Dusty Brock (Erika Simpson), and Jordan Brock; great-grandchildren, Casey Patterson, Carley Patterson, and Carson Patterson; sister-in-laws, Linda Scott, and Hazel Scott; and special niece and nephew, Deana Brody and Anthony Scott.



Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Oakland Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe McKaig officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.



Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Pasco, Larry Bledsoe, Buddy Clance, Quinn Bryant, Bob Bearden, and Ronnie Nix. These gentlemen are asked to meet at the funeral home by 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of Oakland Heights Baptist Church.



The family will receive friends from 5 � 9 p.m. Tuesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
