Linda Maton

Mrs. Linda Perry Maton, age 64, of Cartersville, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Cartersville Medical Center.

She was a native of Bartow County born September 4, 1951, and was the daughter of the late Pinky Perry and Virginia Martin Perry. Linda was of the Holiness Faith and was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing the lottery and watching the twilight series. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Rebecca Perry, Diane Donaldson and Freddie Perry.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert Lee Maton; her son, Timmy Lee and Carolyn Maton; her daughters, Terri Lena Morris and Emily Dawn Maton; her siblings, Eddie Perry, Tammy Ray and Patricia Perry; along with 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Sunset Memory Gardens with The Reverend J.A. Martin officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon – 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Lee Potts, Javi M., Robbie Perry, Dillan Morris, Jason Lowe and Amelio. Scott Wilson, Lee Tucker, Anthony Thurman and Gary Stephens will serve as honorary pallbearers.
