Linda Patterson

Ms. Linda Ann Patterson, 55, of Cartersville, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at her residence. A native of Bartow County born September 17, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Burley Patterson and the late Lillie Tipton Patterson. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Billie Joe Patterson and James Russel Patterson.
Ms. Patterson was employed by Cartersville Medical Center in Enviromental Services. She was a member of Praise Tabernacle Church and was active in the Nursing Home Ministry her church sponsored. Linda was a private person and one who loved her children, grandchildren, her church family, and going to the beach.
She is survived by her daughters, Gina Patterson Walker and Anna Patterson Ussery; her lifelong friend and cousin, Linda "Botty" Fuller; her siblings, Jimmy, Jerry and Gary Patterson, Doreen Lackey, Brenda Peace and Lillian Hayes; her granddaughters, Taylor Posey and Lilly Ussery; and her lifelong partner, Charlie Gravley.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2013 in the chapel of the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Bobby Wright officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday for one hour prior to the service.
Serving as pallbearers will be Cody Mullinax, Adam Harris, Charles Blalock, Danny Mullinax, Jamie Mullinax and Tommy Garren. Anthony Casey, Eric Casey and Billy Doster will serve as honorary pallbearers.
