Linnie F. Volkmann, 49, of Kingston died Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at her residence. Born April 21, 1960 in Comanche, Texas, she was the daughter of Ardie Cottrell.
Survivors include her husband, Tim Moore; her children, Brandy Wendt of Comanche, Texas, Douglas Graves and Cheryl Graves, both of Cartersville, and Michael Graves of Kingston; her mother, Ardie Cottrell of Kingston; her sister, Kay Cottrell of Kingston; her grandchildren, Dawson Wendt, Desiree Wendt, Danielle Wendt, Demiah Wendt, Alexys Graves, and Keelie Turner; and her aunt, Lorene Leatherman of Stephenville, Texas.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 11, 2009 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Sonny Moon officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 - 9 p.m. Thursday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville, GA 30120.
