Lorraine Garcia

Mrs. Lorraine Ida Garcia, 66, of Cartersville, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Cartersville Medical Center. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 14, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Raphael Garcia and Aida Delgado.
She was an employee of Walmart as an Optician.
Survivors include her husband, William J. Holtzclaw, Jr.; her children, Ive Diaz Gilstrap (James), Antonia Diaz, Jessica Wheaton Stafford (Dustin), Yamill Monteagudo and Lorraine Marie Diaz; twelve grandchildren; one great- grandchild on the way; along with her brother, Ralph Garcia, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2015 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Revered Keith Willard officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens at a later date. The family will receive friends from 4 – 8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
For those who choose to send flowers, the family has requested outdoor plants for a memory garden.
