Mrs. Louise Clark Rodgers, 86, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Born in Swainsboro, Georgia on November 19, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Wyatt Floyd Clark and the late Arrie Canady Clark. Preceding her in death along with her parents are her husband, Durward Rodgers; two brothers, Wyatt and Amos Clark; and a sister, Mildred Archer.
Mrs. Rodgers was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville and prior to retirement was a medical assistant.
She is survived by one brother, Floyd Clark, Jr. of Acworth.
The family received friends from 6 � 7 p.m. Wednesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services followed by a 7:00 p.m. service with Dr. Joe E. Edwards officiating. Mrs. Rodgers will be transported to Jacksonville, Florida for a graveside service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 5, 2012 in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville is in charge of the arrangements.
