Lucille Gunter, 86, of Adairsville, died Sunday, June28, 2015 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Born in Sunbright, Tennessee, on August 21, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Bill Ashburn and Anna Hamby Ashburn.
Mrs. Gunter enjoyed reading and doing needle work.
She is survived by her daughter, Joan Welch of Chickamauga; her sons, Michael Gunter of Adairsville, Charles H. Gunter of Ellijay and Rick Gunter of Dallas; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
