Lucy Hannon

Lucille T. Hannon, 95, of Rome passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Chulio Hills Health and Rehab in Rome. She was the daughter of the late Azor Claude Tucker and the late Martha Jane Crane Tucker. She was also preceded in death by her husband William F. Hannon; and her three brothers, Porter Tucker, J.C. Tucker, and Asher Tucker. Lucy is survived by her sister, Avalene Maxwell.



Mrs. Hannon was a beautician and the owner of Lu Hannon Beauty in Rome, and she was an avid collector of perfume bottles and crafts. She was also a former member of the South Summerville Baptist Church.



Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday July 8, 2009 graveside at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens in Rome.



In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Lung Association in Lucy�s honor.



The family will receive friends from 6 � 9 p.m. Tuesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
