Lyle Johnsey

Lyle �Bubba� Johnsey, 52, of Cartersville passed away Friday, January 27, 2012 at his residence. Born April 3, 1959 in Cartersville he was the son of the late Dewey Johnsey and the late Ethel Ellington Johnsey.



Bubba spent his whole life around motorcycles and was self-employed as a motorcycle mechanic and was a member of the Southeastern Motorcycle Drag Racing Association. He was also very independent, and loved to read and cook.



Survivors include his brothers and sisters-in-law, Daryl and Viola Johnsey, and Skid and Pat Johnsey; his sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Bill Hilburn; his nephews, Allen Hitt, and Larry Craig and his wife Michelle Craig, William and Cynthia Hilburn; his nieces and their husbands, Jenny and Simon Drummond and Jackie and Kevin Hrossowyc.



Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in the Oak Hill Cemetery.



The family will receive friends from 12:30 � 1:30 p.m., Wednesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville.
