Marcia Estep

Mrs. Marcia Ann Estep, 75, of Cartersville, died on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Cartersville Heights and Rehab surrounded by her daughters.
Born in Oakland, California on March 29, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Walter James Pickering and Naoma Fern Madren Pickering.
Mrs. Estep was a homemaker. She loved her children, babies and gardening. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Gail Daniel Estep.
Survivors include her daughters, Beth Estep Torrence of Franklin, Tennessee, Jennifer Estep Clark (Grady) of Cartersville and Joanna Estep Alligood (Tommy) of Rentz, Georgia; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; her sisters, Sheryl Pickering of New Braunfels, Texas and Jeanne Falkenstein of Modesto, California.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 17, 2018 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with The Reverend Grady Clark officiating. A private interment will follow in Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
