Mrs. Margaret Louise Trammell, 77, of Cartersville, widow of the late John Henry Trammell, died Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the home of her daughter in Cedartown.
Born December 13, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan, she was a daughter of the late James Chandler, and the late Molly Elizabeth Burton Chandler. Mrs. Trammell was a member of the Bread of Life Christian Center. She retired from Goodyear after 28 years of service, and enjoyed watching game shows, sewing, fishing, and word search games. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Giles.
Survivors include her daughters, Jeannie Cook and her husband William of Adairsville, Wilma Molly Miller of Cartersville, Darlin Wilson and her husband Michael of Cedartown, Faith Perkins, also of Cedartown, and Mona Freeman and her husband Thomas of Adairsville; a son, Leroy Williams and his wife Tammy of Temple; a brother, Ralph Chandler of Washington; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with The Reverend Max Maybern officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 31, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
