Margie Bagley

Mrs. Margie Bagley, 83, of Cassville, Georgia passed away on Friday, October 03, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Bagley was born July 17, 1931 in Bartow County, and was the daughter of the late Earnest "Tom" King and Louise Redd King.
She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and was employed most of her working years at Cartersville Undergarment. After retirement, she continued working as a sitter and caretaker for several years. Her greatest joy was playing with her great-grandchildren. She was their best playmate. Margie was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband John "Buddy" Bagley and brother, Norman King.
Survivors include her daughter, Janice Wynn and husband, Randy, daughter, Donna Lackey and husband, Tony; her grandsons, Jody Tew and wife Lisa, Rodney Tew and wife, Hope and Chase Lackey and girlfriend, Barrette Dittmer; her great-grandchildren, Lexi, Sydney, Rachel, Mitchell and Rielle Tew; her sisters, Peggy Moore and Jane Hogan; her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Melvin and Betty Bagley and Ann King; a special niece, Rena Fields and several other nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 6, 2014 at Oak Grove Baptist Church with The Reverend Benny Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Cassville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. on Sunday at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jody Tew, Rodney Tew, Chase Lackey, Mark Bagley, Mitchell Bagley, Jackie Bagley, L. C. Gibson and Jason Wynn.
