Margie White

Mrs. Margie Alexander Dover White age 65, of Rome, GA, died Friday, May 21, 2010.



Mrs. White was born in Floyd County, GA on March 1, 1945, the daughter of the late Frances Dover. She worked at Community Care for the past twelve years. Mrs. White enjoyed camping, fishing, and sewing.



Survivors include her devoted husband of thirty years, William E. White of Rome; a son, Joey Alexander; a daughter, Angela Shirey; and grandchildren, Justin, Alley, Samantha, Jessica, Kevin Alexander, and Shawn Alexander.



A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, May 24, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. in the Heritage Chapel of the McGuire, Jennings, & Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Glen Clonts officiating. Interment will follow in Pisgah Cemetery.



The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in the Heritage Chapel.
