Marjorie Bryant

Mrs. Marjorie Bryant, age 88, of Rome, GA died Tuesday, December 1, 2009.



Mrs. Bryant was born in Heard County, GA on March 16, 1921, the daughter of the late Melvin Green and Camila Dyer Green. Mrs. Bryant was a graduate of the Massey School of Business in Atlanta, Ga. She was a devoted member of the Hemphill Church of God and a very active member when the congregation moved to the Mount Paran Church of God. Mrs. Bryant traveled all over the world with her church family. In addition to her parents Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by a daughter, Joan Abercrombie.



Survivors include her husband, Robert Bryant of Rome, GA; a son R. Stan Coggins of Pullman, WA; grandchildren, Alison, Nick, Jeff and Steve; a sister, Betty Farmsworth of Ontario, Canada.



Entombment services will be held Friday, December 4, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. in the Crest Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
