Martha Bunch

Martha "Jane" Bunch was born in Cartersville, Georgia on August 26, 1947, to the late Chester Leroy Brown and Margaret Brown. She passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021. She is also, preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Mack Bunch; her sister Annie Jo Barnett; brothers David Brown, Johnny Brown, and Garner Brown.

She is survived by her sons Glen (Lisa) Bunch, Timothy Bunch, and Chris (Jenny) Bunch; grandsons Josh (Debbie) Bunch, Shane (Caitlin) Bunch, and Eric Bunch; granddaughters Charley Bunch, and waiting the arrival of the second granddaughter; great grandchildren Lilah Bunch and Conway Bunch; sisters Jean (James) Hightower and Susan (Michael) Barrett; brother Chester (Linda) Leroy Brown Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jane loved the Lord with all her heart. She loved attending church at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, where she was a long-time member, and going to gospel music concerts. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed being outdoors and tending her flowers and plants. She especially loved going to the Mountains in Tennessee and eating at Huck Finns Restaurant, and spending time with her sister shopping.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Pastor Butch Cole officiating. Family will receive friends at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home on Monday, December 20, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
