Martha Riffle

Mrs. Martha Beck Riffle, age 69, of 313 Riverbend Rd, Plainville, GA died Sunday, November 28, 2004 at her residence.Mrs. Riffle was born in Cedartown, GA, May 12, 1935, daughter of the late Andrew Ross and Liza Jane Elizabeth Adcock Busby. She was retired from Burlington Industry, loved her family, and grandchildren. She enjoyed her flowers and cats. She was preceded in death by her step father, Joseph Lewis Ragan; first husband, Ralph Edward Beck; brother, Andy Busby; and sister, Evelyn Riffle.Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Roy and Carla Beck of Plainville, GA and James and Vickie Beck of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Amanda Robinson, Matt Beck, Jake Beck all of Plainville, GA; great grandchildren, Skylar and Cody Robinson both of Plainville, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Louise and Gertis Goswick of Plainville, GA. Several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 30, 2004 in Plainville United Methodist Church with Rev. Issac Parker and Rev. Michael Busby officiating. Interment will follow in Scott Cemetery.Mrs. Riffle will be carried to the church Tuesday to lie-in-state from 1:00 P.M. until time for services and the family will receive friends there after 1:00 P.M.The following gentlemen have been asked to serve as pallbearers and are requested to meet at Plainville United Methodist Church 1:30 P.M. Tuesday: Ross Goswick, Danny Goswick, Ryan Lemming, Jack Hensley, Rev.
