Marvin Lee Guyton, 58, of Cartersville passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at his residence.
Born on March 22, 1961 in Cartersville he was the son of Jim Guyton and Louise Dishroom Guyton. He loved fishing and loved joking with people.
Survivors include his wife of thirty-three years, Patricia Bennett Guyton; his children, Joshua Guyton (Kristen), and Christopher Guyton; his grandchildren, Andre Jonston, Fallon Jonston, and Jewel Jonston; his brother, Raymond Guyton; and his sisters, Dorothy Wilbanks, Nancy Baker, and Lillie McGill.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 1, 2019 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Reverend Tony Guyton officiating. Burial will follow in White United Methodist Cemetery in White. The family will receive friends from on 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.
