Mary Boswell

Ms. Mary Virginia Vick Boswell, age 61, of 131 Teat Street, Lindale, GA, died Saturday, January 5, 2008, at her residence.

Ms. Boswell was born in Birmingham, AL, on March 16, 1946, the daughter of the late Luther F. Vick and Nina Ruth Vick. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Ms. Boswell is preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Diane Vick Hartley.

Ms. Boswell is survived by two daughters, Helen M. Jackson and her husband, Henry D. Jackson of Rome and Paula J. Boswell of Rome; two sons, Jerome P. Boswell, Jr.(Kristina Cline) of Rome and Robert J. Boswell of Rome; a daughter-in-law, Darlene Boswell of Rome; six grandchildren and their spouses, Steven F. Boswell and Twila Bridges, Henry D. and Marie Jackson III, Stephanie M. Jackson, Pamela M. Jackson, Christopher L. Jackson, and Jeremy Boswell all of Rome; three great-grandchildren; Trent Boswell, Ethan Boswell, and Donavon Boswell; three sisters, Nancy C. Gresham of Rome, Pauline and her husband, David Wright of Rome, and Judy M. Stinsel of Alabama.; and an ex-husband and his wife, Jerome and Roberta Boswell.

Graveside and interment services will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2008, at 1:30 P.M. in the Lindale Cemetery with Rev. Les Connell officiating.

Ms. Boswell will remain in the Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. and at other hours may be contacted at 111 Nan Ellen Road, Rome, GA.

The following gentlemen have been asked to serve as pallbearers and are requested to meet in the Heritage Chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home on Thursday by 1:00 P.M.: Henry Jackson, Daniel Jackson, Steven Boswell, Christopher Jackson, Shane Wright, and David Wright.
