Mary Louise Kiser Cole, 56, of Cartersville passed away Monday, June 16, 2008 at the Redmond Regional Medical Center. Born March 4, 1952, she was a native of Cartersville and was the daughter of the late Matthew Kiser and the late Mary Elizabeth Biddy Kiser Gravley. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Jane Harris and Janice Stoker, and her brother, Joe Frank Kiser.
Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. She loved to cook and even continued cooking for her family after she became sick. Mary also loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Gary L. Andrews of Cartersville; her daughters, Jane Annette Jordan, Amanda Louise Cole, and Madalyn Lenice Cole of Cartersville; her son, Larry Matthew Cole of Cartersville; her grandchildren, Victoria Holley, Brittany Holley, Kayla Cole, Miranda Cole, Faith Cole, Zachary "Little Man" Cole, and Julie Cole; her sisters, Ann Mathison of Cartersville, Martha Washington of Dallas, and Barbara Pruitt of Powder Springs; her brother, Danny Kiser of Cartersville; and several special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2008 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Larry Lowe officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Kiser, Dan Kiser, Wesley Cole, Steven Walter Gunn, J.B. Stoker, Jesse Boyd, Junior Mathison, and Roger Mathison. Pallbearers are requested to be at the funeral home by 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120.
