Mary Henry

Mrs. Mary P. �Libby� Henry, age 80, of 14 Brown Fox Drive, Rome, GA, died Sunday, March 22, 2009, in a local hospital.



Survivors include her husband, James W. (Buddy) Henry of Rome; two daughters and a son-in-law, Elaine Henry of Rome and Paige and her husband, Tim Whitmire of Gainesville, GA; a brother, John C. Proctor and his wife, Sylvia of Grayson, GA; two sisters, Louise Proctor of Rome, Paralee Pappalardo and her husband, Sam of Rome; three grandchildren, Sean and his wife, Laura Ann Whitmire, Nick and Beau Whitmire all of Gainesville, GA; two great-grandchildren, Cohen and Herndon Whitmire both of Gainesville, GA; a niece, Susan Bennett; a nephew, Johnny Proctor and several great-nieces and nephews also survive. Also, Libby had several dear life long friends and some very good neighbors.



Funeral service will be held today at 2:00 P.M. in the Oaknoll Chapel of the McGuire, Jennings, & Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Jarrod Roberts officiating. Entombment will follow in the Oaknoll Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.



The family will receive friends today from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour.



The following gentlemen have been asked to serve as pallbearers and are requested to meet in the Oaknoll Chapel by 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday: Tim, Shea, Nick, and Beau Whitmire, Johnny Proctor, and Tim Rowell.
