Mary Morris

Mary Ellen Sinclair Morris, age 83, of Cartersville, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2008 at her residence. A native of Bartow County, Mrs. Morris was born March 9, 1925, a daughter of the late Acey Franklin Sinclair and the Pearl Kay Sinclair. She was a member of Stamp Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Morris was employed by Spring City Knitting for more than 20 years. She enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the cars go by, seeing the leaves raked and the lawn mowed. Preceding her in death are her husband, Bennie Morris; her parents; and a sister, Ann Fossett.



Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Christy Morris; her granddaughters, Amanda and Amber Morris; her brother, Buddy Sinclair; her sisters, Grace Ingram and Shelby McDaniel.



Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008 at Stamp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ronnie Waters officiating.



The family will receive friends from 2 � 4 and 6 � 9 p.m. on Tuesday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Cartersville.
