Michael Bozarth

Mr. Michael Anthony (Mike) Bozarth, age 44, of 338 Melson Road, Cave Spring, GA died Friday, August 31, 2007 at a local medical center.
Mr. Bozarth was born in Floyd County, Georgia on December 21, 1962, the son of the late Fred Bozarth and Mary Alta Nixon Bozarth. He had lived all of his life in Floyd County and was a member of State Line Baptist Church. Mr. Bozarth was a welder and pipe fitter with Local #72. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Lee Bozarth.
Survivors include his wife, Diane Bennett Bozarth, to whom he was married to in 1986; one son, Shane Bennett of Rome; one grandchild, Zoie Bennett; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Jean Bozarth of Huntsville, AL and Robert and Diane Bozarth of Rome; two sisters and brothers-in-law; Sue and Dennis Voils of Rome and Vicky and Chris Wilson of Rome, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Bozarth will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm at the Oaknoll Chapel of Jennings Funeral Home with Rev. Lael Corbett officiating. Interment will follow at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the Oaknoll Chapel tonight from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
Pallbearers are asked to meet at the funeral home Sunday by 1:45 pm and include; Randall Cordle, Clay Green, Tim Hight, Joey Boyd, Fred Childers, Roger Itson and Phillip White.
