Mr. Michael Wayne Burch, 54, of Carterville, died Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Redmond Regional Hospital in Rome. A native of Bartow County, Michael was born December 2, 1957 to the late Billy Franklin Burch and the late Mary Elizabeth Evans Burch.
He was a Baptist and was self-employed as an electrician.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Hufstetler Burch; two sons and daughter-in-law, Michael Levi Burch and John Frank Burch and wife, Layla; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lashae Lynn Shepherd and husband, James, Selina Iduna Clark and husband, Justin; a very special mother-in-law, Hazel Hufstetler; two brothers and sister-in-law, Bill Burch and Melvin and Rachel Burch; his sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Ricky Henson; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Charlene and Bobby Lewis and Jerry Hufstetler and six grandchildren and one on the way.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2012 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Brother Floyd Hufstetler and Rev. Dewayne McCeary officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5 � 9 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 430 Cassville Road, Carterville is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Michael Wayne Burch.
