Milford Vaughn

Milford �Mickey� Earl Vaughn, 64, of Rome passed away, Tuesday, July 07, 2009 at Heartland Hospice House. Born in Floyd County on December 18, 1944, he was the son of the late Milford Cecil Vaughn and the late Sylvia Faye Todd Vaughn. He was a family man and liked yard sales, old cars and going to auctions. Preceding him in death are his parents; his siblings, Ray, Bobby, Billy and Wanda Faye Vaughn.



Survivors include his daughter, Stefanie Mathis of Rome; his step-children, Vicki Tutt and Colman Roberts; his grandson, Colin Mathis; his siblings, Jerry Vaughn of Ala., Donna Davis of Rome, Wayne Vaughn of Cartersville, Debra Cagle of White, Karen Vaughn of Fort Payne, Ala., Tami Dean of Taylorsville, and Pat Hight of Adairsville; his best friend and love of his life, Lanice Garner of Rome; and several nieces and nephews.



A private service will be scheduled at a later date.
