Minnie A. Cabe, 85, of 501 Hwy. 293 South, Emerson died on Friday, September 7, 2007 at Sunbridge of Cartersville. Born in Bartow County on May 8, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Jesse James Cabe and the late Fannie Bell Lanham Cabe. Ms. Cabe was a retired machine operator for Lewis Carpet, and she was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Henry Cabe; her sister and brother-in-law, Mildred and Bud Munday; and her sister-in-law, Flonnie Cabe.

Survivors include her brother, Raymond Cabe of Cartersville; her sister-in-law, Ruby Cabe of Cartersville; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 9, 2007 in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Doyle Cabe, Rev. Bobby Munday, Rev. Charles Ivey, and Rev. Charles Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Calvin Lee, Earl Lee, Butch Cabe, Ricky Cabe, Ricky Wooten, and Jeff Harden. Pallbearers are requested to be at the funeral home by 2:15 p.m. on Sunday.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 9 p.m. on Saturday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
