Mrs. Monika Marie Prince, 33, of Cartersville, died Thursday, September 13, 2012 at her residence.
Born September 24, 1978 in Warren, Michigan, she was a daughter of Magdolna Haudek Straub and Michael E. Lewis. Monika was a loving mother, daughter, and sister. She was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew H. Lewis.
Survivors include her son, Andrew Michael Prince; daughter, Ashley Margaret Prince; mom and dad, Maggie and Bill Straub; fiancé, Josh Burgess; brother, Michael Lewis; and sister, Melissa Riddle, all of Cartersville; sister, Siobhan Jurczyk of Berlin, CT; brother, Stephen Straub of West Haven, CT; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home with The Reverend Devan Burris officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 4 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
