Nathan Larry Richards, 19, of Cartersville died on Saturday, May 18, 2019 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Born on February 6, 2000 in Detroit, Michigan Nathan was employed as a machine operator at Voestalpine Automotive Components. He was a fearless people person with a bright personality, a shining star to those who knew him. Nathan loved cars, gaming, computers, and his motorcycle.

Survivors include his father, Larry William Richards of Detroit, MI; his mother, Shannon Sherrie Richards of Cartersville; his sisters, Nikole Richards (Anthony Hernandez) of Roseville, MI, Niyah Richards of Cartersville, and Sloane Richards of Gross Pointe, MI; his brother, Kingston Richards of Gross Pointe, MI; his maternal grandparents, Virginia Nance of Dallas, GA, and Herman Nance of Chattanooga, TN; his paternal grandparents, Joe & Janet Novak of East Pointe, Michigan; his niece, Alaina Hernandez of Roseville, MI; his favorite aunt, Felisha Nance of Dallas, GA; and his girlfriend, Mary Anguiano of Calhoun, GA.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services. A private interment will follow.
