Neal Lowe

April 1, 1954 — November 4, 2021

Neal Lowe, the patriarch of the Lowe family for many years, age 67, passed over on Thursday evening, November 4, 2021, in Cartersville.

Born April 1, 1954, in Cartersville, to the late Noel Reuben Lowe and Snowenna Ann Lowe. He is also preceded in death by his brothers Robert Lowe, George Lowe, Patrick Lowe, and Paul Lowe; sister Laurel Lowe; and his son-in-law Chris Earley.

Neal is survived by his daughters April (Dorian Templeton) Earley, Tracy (Dennis) Queen, and Kristi (Mike) Medley; grandchildren Kaitlin (Jacob) Brumbelow, Jessie Earley, Taylor Queen, Jonah Queen, Allyson Medley, Cooper Medley, and Hannah Kate Medley; great grand daughter Lillie Kate Brumbelow; his long-time girlfriend Debra Womack; sister Mary (Sal) Maccarone; brother Reuben (Theresa) Lowe; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Neal has been the guiding light for all the members of his family; the example Christ laid out for charity to your fellow man, love for all, and malice toward none. There are entire generations of people who are better off for having known Neal Lowe, for when they face a crisis in their life, they have an example to pull from on how to handle it with grace and dignity, because of how Neal would have done it. He loved his family, children and treated those he knew as if they were his family. The love he shared made everyone adore him. He owned Lowe Welding and Crane Services for over 30 years. He was a hard worker and proud businessman. He loved to work, loved his work, his cranes, and his job.

A funeral service will be held at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Stacey Crowder and Pastor Josh James officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends on Monday, November 8, 2021, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
