Patricia Bauer

Patricia O'Rourke Bauer, age 88, of Cartersville, died on Monday, July 23, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on December 22, 1929 in Maryland, the daughter to the late George Leo O'Rourke and Emelia Rhea Hubbard Davis. She was born and raised on the eastern shore and was very proud of it. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Earl H. Bauer to whom she married in 1954; along with a daughter, Deborah Savage.
Mrs. Bauer was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She loved people and people loved her. She was known for her warm smile and being kind. She loved to travel and talk to people about the Bible and her beliefs based on the Bible.
Survivors include her sons, Mark Bauer and wife, Laura, John Bauer and wife Tina, James Bauer and wife Melanie and Peter Bauer and wife Gail; her grandchildren, Christopher, Michelle and Chad Savage, Josh and Brooke Bauer, Robert, Kaitlyn and Morgan Bauer; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Northside Hospital-Cherokee Conference Center, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, Georgia 30114, with Mike Crouse officiating.
