Patsy Viola Haney, 71, of Cartersville.GA passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024.
Patsy was born on April 8, 1953, to the late Herman Lee Prather and the late Sara Jo Prader Prather. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Cathy Prather; sister, Beth "Cissy" Jenkins; brother, Charles Prather; brother, Bruce Prather; great grandson, Jase Stubbs; and great grandson, Matthew Stubbs.
Survivors include her husband, Lamar Haney of Rockmart; son, Travis Haney & Amanda of Rockmart; granddaughter, Victoria Haney of Cartersville; grandson, Trevor Haney of Kentucky; great grandson, Johnathan Stubbs of Cartersville; sister, Lynn Strickland of Hiram; sister, Virginia Reaid of Alabama; brother, Terry Jenkins of Dallas; brother, David Jenkins of Cartersville; and a special person who was like a sister to Patsy, Debby Gayton Baynard.
Patsy loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed watching tv shows like NCIS and Murder, She Wrote. Patsy also had a passion for shopping and antiquing.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2024, in the Jennings Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Josh James officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, prior to the service hour.
