Mrs. Peggy Joyce Felkins, age 82, of Cartersville, died at her residence on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.
She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 22, 1935, the daughter of the late Lela Chapman. She is preceded in death by her mother and her husband, Tom Felkins.
Mrs. Felkins had a sharp mind to the very end. She enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping and doing crossword puzzles.
Survivors include her children, Brenda Vincent of Cartersville, Tammey Vincent of Mandeville, Louisiana, Nick Vincent, III of Colfax, Louisiana, Daniel Vincent of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Russell Vincent of Marietta, Georgia and Jeffery Vincent of Prairieville, Louisiana; 13 grandchildren; and her sister, Lela Bridge of Los Lunas, New Mexico.
