Peggy Moore

Peggy Lou Moore, 70, of Cartersville, passed away on June 12, 2023.

Born on August 2, 1952, in Cartersville, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Tom King and Moselle Johnson Harris.

Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Garry Moore; daughter, Angela DeBoard; son, Scotty (Angie) Moore; grandchildren, Cali (Seth) Rogers, Morgan DeBoard, Savannah Moore, and Bailey DeBoard; great grandson, Teal Rogers; sisters, Jane (Dale) Hogan, Melissa (Isidro) Brito, and Carla Harris; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Stephen Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Dalton Kent, Grey Kent, Paul Parker, Rhett Burgess, Rusty Hogan, and Cullen Harris.
