Penny Sutton

Mrs. Penny Lynn Sutton, 59, of Cartersville died suddenly, Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Born in Augusta, Georgia, March 7, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Walter William Billingsley and the late Mary Priscilla Hall Billingsley. Penny was a member of Cobb Vineyard Church of Kennesaw where she volunteered in the Food Pantry. She loved running, animals, gardening and volunteering to help others. She was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Les Sutton; her daughter, Priscilla Sutton of LaGrange; her sons, Silas Sutton and his wife, Joelle of Marietta and Seth Sutton also of Marietta; her sister, Patricia White of Canton; her brothers, Michael Billingsley of Costa Rica, Aaron Billingsley of Heflin, Alabama, Chris Billingsley of Metter, Georgia and Andrew Billingsley of Fayetteville, Georgia; six grandchildren, Everett, Zach, Jade, Blake, Bradley and Tucker; her step-sons, Landon Sutton and Brettney Sutton of Cartersville.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 10, 2014, at Sunset Memory Gardens with Thomas Cooley officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
